Hi! It’s nice to meet you!
I’m Kim Schebler, a professionally trained editor who is passionate about preparing magical realism, fabulist, speculative, literary, weird, and genre-bending stories for their readers.
My editing philosophy embraces bending the rules to preserve an author’s voice and style while always remembering the reader.

When I’m not spending time in the publishing world, I enjoy books, music, road trips, mini golf, watercolor painting, astronomy, and chasing all things wondrous. I also have fun spending time as my D&D character, an impulsive, illiterate barbarian with a penchant for fashion. I started my own editing business so I can work on stories that matter to me and be my most authentic self. I live in Rhode Island.
